Using University A’s 2021–2025 records for 24,379 applicants and 2,388 admitted students with first-year, first-semester GPA, four groups were assessed by Hedges’ g, AUC, and leave-one-year-out models. High school grades consistently differentiated admission outcomes; CSAT indicators showed large standardized differences in all groups. Attendance differences were smaller, but absence-related counts rose in recent cohorts. GPA prediction was modest; signals recurred for absences in Campus I and the four-subject CSAT grade sum in Campus II. Averaging the first- and second-semester GPAs yielded similar results. Stage-specific interpretation is warranted.
