초록

Differential speed rolling of AZ31 alloy sheets was carried out in a temperature range between 150 and 350 degrees C with some reduction ratio of 30, 70% in thickness prior to tensile-tests. As increasing the reduction ratio in the differential speed rolled specimens, tensile-elongations increase for the all directions (0, 45, 90 degrees) to the rolling direction to compare with that of normally rolled specimens at the same condition, and the anisotropy of tensile elongation which is typical in the normally rolled specimen is tending to weaken. In the specimens differential-speed-rolled at a low temperature range between 150 and 200 degrees C, a finer grained microstructure of about 2 mu m was well developed.
