AX(AI Transformation) 환경에서의 포스트프로덕션 세부 직무 역량 도출 연구

초록

This study identifies the detailed job competencies required for OTT film and drama post-production practitioners in the AX(AI Transformation) environment. Based on prior research and pipeline analysis, VFX and DI were selected as the main areas of analysis. A three-round Delphi survey was conducted with experts to examine the importance and content validity of the competencies. As a result, 10 final competencies were derived across common, VFX, and DI areas. The common competencies included collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving. The VFX and DI competencies focused on look completeness, motion expression, physical simulation analysis, live-action/CG screen matching, color and tone continuity, multi-camera matching, and final look integration. The findings highlight practical judgment competencies beyond the use of AI tools.
