초록

We report that the solution-processed vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) layer can be utilized as an effective and stable hole injection layer (HIL) in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) instead of polyethylene dioxythiophene:polystyrenesulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) or thermally-evaporated metal oxides. The device with the V2O5 HIL shows much lower driving voltage and improved stability compared with other devices. © 2012 SID.
