대학생의 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동이 진로상담에 대한 기대감에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of career decision level and career preparation behavior on expectation about career counseling. In this study, participants for this study were 277(142 female and 135 male) college students. Significant differences were found partially in the expectation about career counseling by sex, career decision and career counseling experience. Also, significant differences were found partially in the expectation about career counseling by career decision type. Career decision levels were positively correlated with the expectation about career counseling. Expectation about career counseling were affected by the career indecision. Implications for career counseling and future research on the expectation about career counseling are discussed.
