전환 이론 기반 장기입원 아동의 학교 복귀를 위한 사회·정서적 지원 디지털 서비스 설계 연구

Long-term hospitalization in early elementary school can lead to peer disconnection and social isolation, adversely impacting children’s social and emotional adjustment during school reintegration. Existing hospital, school, and remote learning systems primarily focus on learning continuity and have limitations in supporting relational and emotional transitions. This study applies Afaf Meleis’ Transition Theory to reinterpret school reintegration as a process of social and emotional transition. Based on theoretical review, case analysis, and in-depth interviews, a digital support service focusing on school reintegration preparation, social relationship formation, and emotional stability was designed. Usability testing and expert interviews were conducted to evaluate the applicability of the service. This study proposes a UX-based digital service direction that supports children’s relational and emotional transition experiences.
