In this work, hybrid white organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) based on a triplet modulation (TM) layer have been suggested. The co-host structure within a blue fluorescent emitting layer (EML) consists of the host and TM host materials. A set of hybrid WOLEDs was fabricated with various concentrations of TM host 0, 10, 30, 50, and 70%. The TM host triplet energy level should be lower than the host and dopant to reduce the triplet exciton population and singlet-triplet annihilation of the dopant. Hybrid WOLEDs exhibited a maximum luminous efficiency (LE), external quantum efficiency (EQE), and lifetime of 10.40 cd/A, 5.58%, and 60 h, respectively. In addition, the efficiency roll-off ratio of the LE and EQE were 17.60 and 18.54%, respectively.
