진로사고검사를 활용한 진로상담의 효과연구

초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of group counseling program using Career Thoughts Inventory and Workbook. In this study, three groups-test group, that was used the Career Thoughts Inventory and Workbook, comparative group, that was trained in peer counseling program, and control group-compared. Career thoughts Inventory and Career Decision Scale were used to measure the effects of group counseling program. Study results are first, dysfunctional career thoughts of test group decreased. Comparative group and control group didn't show significant effects. Second, career indecision level of test group decreased. Comparative group and control group didn't show significant effects. Implications for career counseling are discussed.
