주택문화관 파사드의 조형적 비례에 관한 연구

초록

In Korea, building apartments with establishing national housing corporation has been greatly animated to solve housing problems and populatin density since 1962. Moreover, PRe-scale has introduced "model houses" to show customers previously built houses. Also, since Korean economic crisis(so called IMF era), self regulating price of apartment policy has stimulated competitions among many construction companies in differentiating model houses. As a result, this has led today's Housing Cultural Center. Internally, Housing Cultural Center has been a medium for experiencing various cultures, educational programs and cafeteria, theater or auditorium to take rest and provide space for art. These have become a part of public relations with customers providing sensational images. Outwardly(externally), these(Housing Cultural Center) have been considered highly valuable masterpieces from famous architectural designers. Especially facade from "Housing Cultural Center“ is considered important when it comes to meeting people, reflecting human sclae and urban context with high sense of formative art. Therefore, this study has highlited facade in Housing Cultural Center to annalize modeling principles, especially for ones which focus on proportions which enables mathematic analysis. After studying cases of Housing Cultural Center, theories of constant proportions have been found out, however, proportions are generally disregarded. In conclusion, This study will help planning facades to apply proportions ,giving visual stability, and building harmonious constructional images. All in all, this will be the process in placing beautiful order.
