Testing Uniformity Based on Regression and EDF

초록

Some tests of the goodness of t of the uniform distribution between 0 and 1are presented. The powers of the tests under certain alternatives are examined. Asa result, the statistic based on the dierence between the order statistics and themodal value of them gives good powers. We also give modications of the statisticwithout using the extensive tables of the critical points.
