라이프 크래프팅과 발현적 리더십 구조적 관계: 문제해결 자기효능감의 매개효과와 다중집단 분석을 중심으로

This study aimed to investigate the structural relationship where Life Crafting transfers to Emergent Leadership. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and a multi-group analysis were conducted with 474 participants to verify the mediating effect of Problem-Solving Self-Efficacy and pathway differences based on career roles (college students vs. general adults). Life Crafting had a positive (+) effect on Emergent Leadership, and Problem-Solving Self-Efficacy partially mediated this relationship. Group comparisons revealed that the ‘mediated path’ was stronger for college students, whereas the ‘direct path’ was relatively stronger for general adults. This study highlights the necessity for tailored HRD strategies by empirically confirming that leadership manifestation varies depending on individual role contexts.
