AI 음성 인터페이스와 텍스트 인터페이스의 신뢰 형성 차이 연구

초록

This study aims to analyze how AI voice interfaces and text interfaces differ in shaping user trust. To achieve this, stimulus-based semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with eight participants with varying levels of AI user experience. The collected data were analyzed using open coding, axial coding, and selective coding procedures. The results indicated that the text interface enhanced information-based trust based on re-verifiability and a sense of information control. Conversely, the voice interface fostered emotion-based trust through familiarity and a sense of direct explanation; however, this trust tended to be decoupled from judgments regarding information accuracy. This study suggests that trust in AI interfaces is a complex process involving information verifiability, emotional interaction, and user experience. Furthermore, by comparing the differences in trust formation between voice and text interfaces from a user experience perspective, this research provides empirical evidence to enhance trust in future AI interface designs.
