지속가능한 원도심 활성화를 위한 계획방향 연구 - 세종특별자치시 조치원읍을 중심으로 -

초록

This study aims to propose design directions for inner city revitalization as a new urban regeneration, focusing on Jochiwon-eup, which has an issue of inner city decline and continued weakening of living area since the launch of Sejong City. For this purpose, theoretical investigation, site analysis, user interview, and user survey of local residents were conducted, and design strategies were proposed in the aspect of physical environment and programs for revitalization of Jochiwon downtown. According to the current urban regeneration paradigm, the plan reflected on residents' opinions, and suggested pedestrian- oriented environment, programs to link local universities, and restoration of commercial through the improvement of the environment around the station As a conclusion, the plan for sustainable inner city revitalization was proposed, which will be used as a basis for the future regeneration of old downtown.
