자아정체감과 역기능적 진로사고의 관계에 관한 연구

초록

The Purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between Ego-Identity and dsyfunctional career thoughts of college students. The subjects of the study were 240 college students in Seoul and Kyonggi area. There were 123 male students and 117 female students. Ego-identity was measured by Korean Adolescent Ego-identity Scale(KAES). Dysfunctional career thoughts was measured by Career Thoughts Inventory(CTI). There was significant difference in the dysfunctional career thoughts by ego-identity level. There were significant negative correlations between the ego-identity and disfunctional career thoughts. And ego-identity were affected by disfunctinal career thoughts. Implications for career counseling and future research on the dysfuntional career thoughts and ego-identity are discussed.
