아파트 외관 색채계획과 경관 조화성의 관계- 재도장 아파트 외관 색채 변화추세를 중심으로

초록

This study, through a focus on repainted apartments in the Seoul metropolitan area, aimed to examine the external color by year and study their distinctive characteristics, while studying the harmonious color and design schemes of each landscape according to the Seoul Color Guideline. First, repainted apartments were grouped by the 2000s, early 2010s,late 2010s, and 2020s, and the current condition of their external colors by year was investigated and analyzed. Second, survey was conducted of external color and design schemes in harmony with natural, waterfront, historic-cultural, and heavy urban landscapes. First, the dominant colors mainly used in the 2000s until the early 2010s were YR colors of medium brightness and low chroma, and after 2010, N colors of medium brightness and no chroma. As for the accent colors, GY colors of medium brightness and medium chroma in the early 2010s, PB colors of low brightness and medium chroma in the late 2010s, and, low chroma and N colors with low brightness and no chroma in the 2020s. Second, based on the combined frequency of the secondary colors, accent colors, and design scheme in harmony with each region’s distinctive characteristics, for natural landscapes, secondary Y colors, 10G 4/4 accent colors were most chosen, while w secondary N colors, 7.5B 7/4 accent colors were most chosen for waterfront landscapes. Historic-cultural landscapes showed highest frequencies of secondary R colors, 2.5YR 6/1 accent colors. Lastly, heavy urban landscapes frequently showed secondary N colors, 10B 5.0/0.5 accent colors. Therefore, this study is significant in suggesting a plan to harmonize the color and design schemes with each landscape when repainting the exteriors of apartment buildings as a way of maintaining urban identity.
