초록

This study presents the development and outcomes of a proposed standard curriculum model for artificial intelligence (AI) education from kindergarten to high school. As a design and development study, it integrated literature and trend reviews, subject-curriculum analysis, two Delphi surveys, expert consultations, and a public forum in an iterative design cycle. The model follows three principles: parallel domains without hierarchy, developmental progression by grade band and learning depth by foundational/advanced level, and organization according to the three dimensions of the 2022 Revised National Curriculum. All 153 items, as worded in the second Delphi survey, met the content-validity criterion. The definition, some domain titles, grade-band goal structure, and some achievement standards were subsequently finalized through expert consultations and a public forum. The model links its definition, principles, competencies, domain content frameworks, grade-band goals, 117 coded achievement standards, and talentdevelopment pathways; the kindergarten to grade 2 band, which has no counterpart in the current curriculum system, is presented as a tentative draft. Its contribution is to convert prior content-element frameworks into coded achievement standards and integrate AI literacy with principles and computing sequenced by grade bands and foundational/advanced levels. This provides a basis for curriculum revisions and scholarly reviews.
