초록

The 360° VR environment around the user increases the immersion in the content and the wider the field of view(FOV) seen through the HMD's display, the wider the immersion. However, the user cannot recognize the 360 ° environment at once by the FOV of humans or graphic system. Therefore, if an event occurred in the VR environment is out of sight, the user may not recognize it. If these events are important to the narrative of the content, it is necessary to inform for the user to recognize them. We uses visual perception response to movement. We used equi-angular cubemap(EAC) format to take advantage of high quality content video. EAC is improves cubemap projection to reduce distortion and increase quality by increasing the pixels allocated to the equator region. We used a shared spherical projection plane to make the guide markers spread like waves along the projection plane. In this paper, we propose a gentle marker with movement. This marker uses visual perception response to movement. This marker does not interfere with the user's immersion and allows the user to get hints about important events or points of interest (POI) and is suitable for VR using HMD.
